Social business services company Dachis Group  wants to measure the socialness of business. Its Social Business Index will offer insight into how “social” companies are, and how they stack up against their peers. An index like this could change the
cultures of businesses. Those that listen and adapt the best could win the customers. If you’re a larger company don’t be left behind!

BIA/Kelsey — which also handles investments in media companies — reports small and midsized businesses in the U.S. will spend $16.6 billion in the  online/digital media space by 2015 while marketing through traditional media will be flat at $12.1 billion by 2015.
