Been working with SEO for 5 years, so all the technical basic SEO was already known to me.

However Brent&#039;s suggestions how a business should approach social media marketing was very interesting and useful, especially:
- the soft communication to the audiece, no pitching
- many posts/tweets must be pure giving something to the communities, sharing great content or helping with problems.

I saw Brent at SES London conference february 2010, been listening to different podcasts, including this one, and as always I think Brent is excellent at communicating/teaching online marketing to his &quot;listeners&quot;.
